I'm a fine art wedding and portrait photographer serving couples and families in Charlotte, North Carolina, and beyond. My heartbeat is crafting meaningful images for the most important moments of your life. I value true connection... not only between my team and my clients, but also between the two of you. I value the art of allowing moments to unfold naturally (with a little bit of direction here and there, of course). I value details as simple as the way an invitation liner matches the escort cards or how a brand new wife squeezes her husband’s hand just a little tighter. If I can communicate that feeling while allowing my clients to relax and enjoy their time with me, I consider my job well done.

I was born and raised in the Charlotte NC area, and have loved building my family and business here! I am married to a wonderful man named Chad (not like other Chads haha), and we have two brilliantly curious little boys named Elliott and Merrick. Adding to our everyday chaos is our mini bernedoodle named Juno (short for Juniper, but the boys kept calling her Juniffer), and our giant bernedoodle pup named Max, who did not - in fact - max out at 80 pounds.
I first got into photography as a child, and despite going to school with the desire for medicine, I've found my way back to this passion. I adore all things Harry Potter, murder mysteries, exploring all the stunning cities of the world, but also enjoy relaxing at home with family and friends.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
01. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU SHOOT INTERNATIONALLY?
My team and I are out of Charlotte NC, but we all adore traveling! In fact, all of my couples will have travel fees waved for the East Coast to ensure flexibility in locations for what matters most to you. Our passports stay busy, and we'd love to meet overseas as well if you prefer. Current obsession: France, Spain, and Italy
02. DO YOU OFFER HELP IN THE PLANNING PROCESS?
While the logistics of the nitty gritty details will be for your planner and you, I love starting with a basic timeline, working through what moments you desire to add to your day, and provide suggestions on locations if needed. Together we will cultivate a list of must-haves, and you'll have access to multiple guides and questionnaires to help walk through everything we will do.
03. HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE TO DOWNLOAD?
I won't lie - every single person on my team is a certified over-shooter, so be prepared for an overshare. We tell everyone to expect anywhere from 75-125 images per hour of the day. You will receive all edited images in your own private online gallery, and things will be sorted into folders to provide ease in reliving your day. This gallery will remain online for at least one year, and you are welcome to share and download to your heart's content.
04. HOW DO YOUR TRAVEL EXPENSES WORK? IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL FEE?
Once we get past the East Coast, the additional fee of a flight and hotel for the duration of the stay is all we need!
